Dencun/EIP-4844 supports the rollup trajectory, but that does not automatically mean standalone RPC vendors capture the upside. RaaS, indexing/data and agent platforms can bundle RPC into a broader workflow.

Credibility caveat
This is high-leverage but lower-evidence. Much of the current evidence is vendor direction-signal only. Independent corroboration should come first: 15 discovery calls with rollup/appchain teams and RaaS providers to validate who chooses RPC, current bundle attach rate and pain around monitoring/indexing/finality.
