Protocol

Identify 20 customers/users who completed a meaningful production action.
Segment by ICP: wallet, exchange, analytics/indexing, enterprise, AI/automation.
Ask personally with a direct review URL; ask for honest feedback, not praise.
Offer only allowed modest thank-you incentives where platform rules permit.
Follow up once after 5 days. Stop after one follow-up.
