Criterion of the day: Gaming and high-throughput apps: dedicated RPC for games, consumer apps, onchain social and predictable latency (gaming-high-throughput-apps).
Executive summary
The monitored public surface produced one decision-relevant infrastructure signal and several durable confirmations. Allnodes now prominently markets bare-metal and Solana-optimized dedicated servers for low-latency, high-throughput production workloads; this is relevant capacity evidence, but it is not sufficient to classify the offer as a managed dedicated RPC endpoint. QuickNode’s pricing and chains pages changed at page level, but the extracted text is dominated by a repeated navigation/product shell; no price, allowance, SLA or gaming-specific change can be responsibly inferred. The current captures also reconfirm dedicated/single-tenant positioning at QuickNode, Alchemy, Chainstack, Ankr, NOWNodes and Pocket Network, with materially different product scopes.
The cumulative topic matrix was rebuilt around five uniform buyer dimensions: gaming positioning, dedicated/single-tenant infrastructure, throughput/scale evidence, latency/performance evidence, and real-time delivery interfaces. It now covers all 15 monitored providers and distinguishes dedicated RPC from dedicated bare metal, shared APIs and discontinued products.
Decision-relevant evidence
1. Allnodes: stronger dedicated-infrastructure positioning, but managed RPC scope remains unverified
- The changed Allnodes homepage explicitly presents “Bare Metal Hosting,” “Solana-Optimized Dedicated Servers,” and infrastructure “engineered for low latency, high throughput, and production workloads.”
- Matrix update: Allnodes now has public evidence for dedicated server infrastructure, high-throughput positioning and low-latency positioning.
- Qualification: the captured source does not establish that this is a fully managed dedicated RPC endpoint or a gaming-specific package. Sales should not collapse dedicated bare metal into managed dedicated RPC.
- The changed pricing page did not expose a comparable server/RPC price in the extraction. No price movement is claimed.
2. Dedicated capacity is visible, but product definitions differ
- QuickNode exposes “Dedicated Clusters / Dedicated backends.”
- Alchemy exposes “Dedicated Clusters / Single-tenant infra.”
- Chainstack exposes “Managed Dedicated Nodes,” with deployment/customization language.
- Ankr Enterprise offers dedicated and bespoke infrastructure by request and says throughput can be customized above 25,000 requests/second.
- NOWNodes pricing separates shared and dedicated plans, but dedicated pricing is quote-led in the captured surface.
- Pocket Network advertises a dedicated API endpoint with no RPS limit or daily cap; Grove itself is winding down, so the service/operator attribution must remain Pocket Network/Foundation rather than Grove Portal.
These are not automatically equivalent offers. Buyers still need to verify chain, region, node tenancy, failover topology, workload isolation and whether the quoted service is a node, cluster, gateway or decentralized endpoint.
3. Gaming/high-throughput evidence remains uneven
- Chainstack and Tatum expose Gaming as an explicit use case; Ankr docs explicitly mention gamers among target users. Prior verified QuickNode gaming evidence is retained in the living brief.
- Ankr supplies the clearest captured quantitative pair: 56 ms average response time and 99.99% uptime on the homepage, plus enterprise customization above 25,000 RPS. These are vendor claims, not independent benchmarks or contractual guarantees.
- NOWNodes claims about 0.2-second response time and more than 99.95% API uptime. Its “15,000+ transactions per second” wording was not normalized into RPC throughput because the denominator is ambiguous.
- Lava Network emphasizes real-time provider scoring and routing to the fastest available node with automatic failover. This supports latency-aware routing, not dedicated single-tenant RPC.

Provider evidence and limitations
- QuickNode: current home/pricing/enterprise/chains surfaces confirm Dedicated Clusters, RPC, Streams, Webhooks, Solana gRPC and low-latency language. Pricing/chains diffs were not accepted as substantive changes. Changelog URL returned 404.
- Alchemy: home/pricing/enterprise reconfirm Dedicated Clusters, single-tenant infrastructure, Solana gRPC, Webhooks and WebSockets. The monitored chains and customer-stories URLs returned 404; those failures do not negate capabilities.
- Infura: homepage claims reliability, speed and throughput; pricing lists archive/streaming access and enterprise auto-scaling/SLA. No dedicated or gaming-specific offering was verified in today’s monitored pages.
- Chainstack: home/pricing/docs reconfirm Global Nodes, Managed Dedicated Nodes, Gaming navigation, gRPC streaming and high-performance/geo-balanced positioning.
- Ankr: homepage/enterprise/docs provide gaming audience, 56 ms average response-time claim, 99.99% uptime claim, 25,000+ RPS customization, geo-distribution and bespoke infrastructure. Verify methodology and contract terms before sales use.
- Moralis: docs/home support scale, low-latency data and Streams; no dedicated node or gaming-specific package was verified.
- NOWNodes: pricing confirms dedicated-plan motion plus Webhooks, gRPC and WebSockets; homepage supplies latency/uptime claims. The monitored Postman documentation URL returned 404.
- dRPC: home/docs support low-latency, scale, WebSocket subscriptions and Solana Geyser gRPC. No single-tenant dedicated RPC offer was verified.
- Blast API: all monitored product pages continue to show deprecation and migration to Alchemy. It should not be shortlisted as an active standalone provider.
- Blockdaemon: home/docs support low-latency data and event streaming; Node Clusters are described as high-availability managed infrastructure, but single-tenancy was not established. Monitored RPC/pricing URLs returned 404.
- Tatum: homepage explicitly lists Gaming and real-time Notifications, and markets scalable APIs. The monitored supported-blockchains URL returned 404.
- Pocket Network / Grove: Grove is winding down. Pocket Network continues separately and advertises dedicated API endpoints with unlimited access/no RPS or daily caps. Grove docs failed DNS resolution.
- LlamaRPC: no topic-specific claim could be verified; homepage/chains returned 526 and docs/status failed DNS resolution.
- Allnodes: changed homepage supports dedicated server, high-throughput and low-latency positioning; managed RPC and gaming scope remain open research questions. Nodes/blog URLs returned 404.
- Lava Network: homepage supports latency-aware decentralized routing, real-time scoring and automatic failover. Dedicated single-tenancy, gaming positioning and streaming protocol support were not verified in today’s monitored surface; developer/network URLs returned 404.

Sales
- Lead with a precise product definition: dedicated gateway, dedicated node, single-tenant cluster and dedicated bare metal are different. Ask competitors to state tenancy, chain, region, failover and workload isolation in writing.
- For gaming/consumer RFPs, request p50/p95/p99 latency under burst load and contract language, not homepage averages alone.
Product marketing
- Publish a gaming/high-throughput proof page that combines workload isolation, burst handling, regional routing, WebSocket/gRPC support and measurable tail latency. Competitor evidence is fragmented across those dimensions.
- Avoid generic “high performance” parity claims; quantify supported RPS and tail latency by chain and method where GetBlock can substantiate them.

- Build an explainer comparing dedicated RPC, single-tenant clusters and dedicated bare metal, using Allnodes as the clearest reason buyers can misread category labels.
